This stone is a beautiful specimen of a Marfa Plume Agate. The agate was made famous by Andy Burgard in the 1940s. The “bouquet” patterns found in this particular agate are most sought after by savvy collectors.
This necklace measures 3″ long and is about 1″ at its widest point. I’ve hung it on a 20″ sterling rolo chain (but I also offer 16″, 18″ and 22″ from the drop down menu). The pendant itself is made of argentium sterling and has a beautiful texture that sets off the argentium wires and circles that have been soldered on.
For jewelry care, I include a jewelry care card with every order. Store this nature inspired jewelry in tarnish prevention cloths or bags. Keep your argentium sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place.
All jewelry comes gift-boxed.
