Gaspeite was first discovered in 1977 in the Gaspé Peninsula of Quebec. It typically has a pale to bright apple green color along with some brownish veins of the rock.
This necklace has two parts. The top is a hollow form shape that has granules of argentium soldered along the side. Below, I’ve included two separate backplates with varying texture which was all given a patina to highlight this. Both parts are connected with an open jump ring that is made from 14kt gold. Everything, outside of the gold, is fabricated from argentium sterling. The pendant measures 2 1/2″ long and is about 1″ at its widest point. I’ve hung it on a 20″ sterling rolo chain (but I also offer 16″, 18″ from the drop down menu).
For jewelry care, I include a jewelry care card with every order. Store this nature inspired jewelry in tarnish prevention cloths or bags. Keep your argentium sterling silver jewelry in a cool, dry place.
All jewelry comes gift-boxed.
