When will I receive my order?

All items are handcrafted with 5-10 business days. This may vary during busy periods, including holidays. This information will be updated accordingly.
If we can process your order faster we will, but we can not guarantee a faster processing time.

Domestic orders only take a few days to arrive, depending on your location. International orders may take 4 – 6 weeks to arrive.

MADE TO ORDER vs. PRE MADE
Check a listing carefully to understand if an item is pre-made and ready to ship or if the item is ordered before it’s handmade.
Both are handmade but the pre-made is shipment ready, whilst the made-to-order items take 5 – 10 business days to be created for you.

Customs and import taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I’m not responsible for delays due to customs.

“Which shipping carriers do you use?”

Our company ships via USPS.

“Do you ship internationally?”

We happily support and love our international customers.
We ship all international products through USPS.

“Do you charge for shipping?”

We offer first class domestic shipping on all orders and flat rate first class shipping for international orders. Upgraded options are available at extra cost, for both domestic and international orders.

“What is your jewelry made of?”

All items may contain any one of the following: fine silver (.999), sterling silver (.925), argentium silver (.935), 14kt gold, or 22kt gold. All the metals are 100% hypoallergenic and nickel free.

“Is it safe to order on your website with my credit card?”

Yes! Our site uses a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to keep all of your information secure and private.

“Can I order a custom item?”

We always love creating new products for you.

Custom orders can have a lengthier processing time.

“How can I get a discount code?”

We happily supply discount codes to our email subscribers. Click here for an instant 20% discount code.

“Do you accept returns?”

I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Just contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
Custom or personalized orders

Additional non-returnable items:

* Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to Janice Abarbanel, until you have contacted us and the return has been agreed.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Conditions of return:
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

“Can I exchange my jewelry?”

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, first send us an email at to info@janiceabarbanel.com
and if the exchange is agreed by us, we will notify you of the return mailing address.
